Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that by writing and signing my name below I understand and accept the following:
- That this price is in place until the club opens or until a target number of memberships have been sold.
- That I am prepaying the first monthly payment and that this rate is guaranteed for up to 24 total months.
- That the current timeline for the opening of this facility is the first quarter in 2025.
- That construction timelines can change and that the opening could be delayed.
- That I will be required to pay the monthly fee on or before the 1st of the month.
- That I will receive an invoice to pay the first installment on the 8th day after submitting this form.
- That I am able to withdraw or cancel this application at any point within the first 7 days after I submit this application.
(to cancel my application I must email winnipegpickleballclub@gmail.com and indicate my name and request) - That failure to pay my invoice within 36hrs could result in the cancellation of my application and refusal of future membership
- That membership pauses are only possible as of the first of any given month.
(and that I must inform club administration of my request to pause 21 days ahead) - That prior to using the courts I will obtain affiliation to the Pickleball Club of Winnipeg through Pickleball Manitoba ($12.50)
- That prior to entering the Pickleball Club of Winnipeg I will read and sign the following documents:
- Waiver
- Member Code of Conduct
- Club Rules
