- Monthly Fee is Term Cost divided by number of months of term.
- Weekly Court Hours are the total number of weekly hours included within a given membership tier. Hours can be used to sign up to organized play sessions or, based on availablity, in Private Member or Open Member groups.
- Private Member Group Booking: member Jane will be able to create a booking for her and 4 members. The system will send each of those members a confirmation message. Each person will have 24hrs to confirm their name in the group, deducting the hours from their weekly total. If not confirmed the booking will be released.
- Open Member Group Booking: member Jane will be able to create a booking and set criteria for who can join her group (ie. women, age range, play level, or no filters). Others will be able to add themselves to the booking if they meet the criteria.
- Tentative Schedule: the schedule could change depending on the total number of members in the various categories and genders. Any unallocated space can be booked for outside groups, Private or Open Bookings, lessons, etc. 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, etc. will be added as needed
- Should you use your weekly allotment of hours, additional bookings may be available on an a la carte basis, depending on the availability of unbooked courts.
- Tier 1 booking is $30.00/hr.
- Hourly Rate column shows the per person cost of the court rental to show cost savings between each Tier and length of each Tier based on Term Cost (hourly based on 5 people per court)
- Members from Tiers 2 - 7 can add additional court hours at their Tier rate (for example an annual member at Tier 7 has a rate of $5.00 & a 6 month member from Tier 6 has a rate of $5.77).
- Memberships may be paused up to 4 months per year at a cost of $20.00/month.
- Advance sign up to sessions available to annual members 4 weeks ahead, 8 months: 3 weeks ahead, 6 months: 2 weeks ahead, 4 months: 1 week ahead. A la carte: 5 days ahead.
- Tiers will be released for non-payment presale in decending order, biweekly.
- Depending on availability tiers may sell out.
- Annual PMI/PCI membership with PCW required.
- Annual members will have a 24 consecutive months price freeze, with rates frozen.
- Membership to PCW includes balls - House Leagues do not count against weekly hours.
