Coming soon: more information about the club and a Membership Portal that will allow members to register for organized play sessions, register to other programs or events, like leagues and club tournaments, and book courts a la carte, once all weekly hours have been allocated.
There are 7 Membership Tiers that range in price, with the most expensive including 12 hours per week of organized play and the least expensive including zero hours of organized play. This lowest tier is the a la carte-only tier for players who wish to book their own courts with their own group.
All other tiers, 2 thru 7, include a certain number of hours per week that can be allocated to organized play sessions and leagues. The weekly hours must be used during that week, Monday - Sunday (unused hours can't be carried forward).
The hourly court fee for a la carte bookings will be $30.00.
In case of a long term illness the value of unused hours may be credited against the account thus reducing a future monthly payment.
All members will need to have a rating: Pickleball Brackets, DUPR, or from an official rating assessment via PCW. A rating is essential as all organized play sessions and leagues are rating level and age based.
From the Membership Portal members will see which sessions they are eligible to sign up to play and allocate their hours. Their custom schedules will also show the unallocated courts that are available for a la carte booking, for use once their hours are allocated. Member Profiles will also show other member details.
Drop-in bookings for non-members will be available 24hrs ahead if there are courts available at the standard booking rate of $30.00 per court hour. As well, each guest will be required to pay a $15.00 guest fee.
